After 22+ years in corporate America 🇺🇸, it is a very proud moment to feel that I own the start-up. I am the Director/Founder, and my title makes all the difference. However, this designation hides the facts of constant pains, defeats, and many late nights, the non-stop issues, dealing with endless to-do lists and most notably keeping floated and optimistic no matter how today will turn.
DoChai is not just a purpose, it’s my responsibility ✊ to the society that has given me so much and hoping for nothing back from me. It is my turn to give back what it always deserves.
